Sushumna Pranyama as taught by Paramahansa Yoganada~As you do this practice, allow your eyes to remain closed y your hands rest comfortably in your lap or on your thighs or knees;  a common mudra that is easy for you may be used. Most often during prananayama we use jana (gyan)(wisdom) mudra by touching the first finger to the thumb. This mudra dialates the bronchi y so it is the most often used mudra for pranayama.
