~When Practicing Yoga~Also have Water for sips if needed during practice to keep hydrated, although it is always best to Begin Practice with an Empty Stomach~  Also, it is great to have a 'hankie" or tissues as breath practices naturally clear the nasal cavities ~Yoga On ~
